Hello
I'm a 40yr old snowboarder (although can also ski and please don't let this pigeon hole me  ) who sadly has less and less friends each year to holiday with as families take priority.
I'm ideally looking to meet new people and thus tag along on a group holiday. Prefer Austria to France but open to ANYWHERE (states, Japan etc)
Flexible on dates as between contracts at present so please let me know if would consider an extra person on your trip. (I'd say I'm close to expert level after having worked in ski resorts for a number of years)

Hello Darren - I too am in my 40s, and a snowboarder of many years/decent standard... PM me if Cat Skiing of interest (Turkey Snowcats). Going 3 to 10 Feb. I've been skiing/exploring Turkey the last two seasons and it's actually pretty good as a Japow alternative. This trip has option to add on a resort (Palandoken) and can be four or seven days of cat.

@kavehh, Hi. This could potentially be of interest - I am 63M Intermediate looking for Week in Feb - currently solo but have a couple of buddies trying to see if they can get pass-outs from work/wife. Can you post or pm more details/costs etc. Thanks

I still have 3 spaces in a ski in/ski out apartment in La Plagne. 3rd-10th Feb. £300 pp for the week. En-suite bathrooms, free use of spa downstairs, restaurant/bar downstairs. If anyone is interested?

@wiigman, Hey! Bit late on this, but am currently in Palandoken. Lifts closed due to wind, so I’m thinking of organising some touring lower down. Are there any guides you’d recommend from your past trips in Turkey? I don’t have my touring skis with me as this is a little side trip while I’m in the region for work, so also looking for recs on joints in erzerum that would be able to rent skis with skins

Hi there, Our trip starts 1st March.
all the details over here.
Group mid 30s to late 50s. mostly intermediate/advanced. International fun kind crowd. Most of us are first on the slopes, last one out. We enjoy our couple of drinks at Apre but not party animals.

I’ve found myself on a group trip to Solden, Sat 28th Feb. I believe there may be places. It’s a catered chalet. Not my trip but I can make enquiries.

It might be a bit too early in future but I'm booking a lovely chalet/apt in Andorra for next Wednesday to Sunday. Flying to toulouse Wed 4th, ski Thur to Sunday, flying back Sunday evening.
It's fairy priced. Let me know if anyone is keen. Forecast looks good so far

Hey everyone,
We just had 2 drop outs for our La Plagne trip for 1st-8th March
Let me know if you might be keen joining us. It's our main trip of the year with group of 25 in 2 connecting chalets. Fully catered with our own sauna and hot tub. Very nice international crew.
p.s powerburn. I took off the Andorra trip there. We didn't get to the numbers we aimed for. I might organise a long weekend for late feb

Thanks for the info. I‘m now on a board roadtrip on those dates. La Plagne is not best suited for my riding, les arc its neighbour is better. have a great trip, and catch you on another.
