@Dav, I watched it on the Eurosport app digital feed so probably not on live tv but there will probably be highlights. I'm sure it will be on Ski Sunday.

So well deserved - yelled myself hoarse watching this. Rather upset that the BBC, so far at least, hasn’t got anything about this hugely significant success - first ever British Ski World Cup winner.

Thanks Chris. Just going through Eurosport schedules and looks like tomorrow at 6.45pm is the highlights pacakage. As you say, hopefully Ski Sunday will devote less time to the Kitz downhill to get much more of this in there.
Amazing achievement, so happy for him as he’s been knocking on the door for so long without claiming that elusive top spot. Brilliant result.

To be fair, they have.

They were also fairly prompt in putting up a page about it, with a ‘more to follow’ message. Granted, it doesn’t seem to appear on the sport main page, you have to drill down to winter sports where it’s top story.

@Harrow lady, my Eurosport listing says the highlights coverage later is mens downhill, just have to wait and see I guess.
Very frustrating, first win and I want to take it all in! I’ve watched the second run but want to see him in the leaders seat then podium. Looks like Kristofferson was delighted for him and one of his coaching team (Alain Baxter maybe) got a bit carried away by the emotion of it all.

The German commentators (Felix Neureuther) on ARD are big fans. Have been saying he should be winning races for years, and always speak of his style being something special. He should know!
