Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I think that's only for training @dan100, ie, ENSA, national teams, etc...

Lanches was certainly running today but only a few groups of skiers on Double M and those were all being coached.

@Enolfa Kerr, I think someone and Val Heliski has a flat to let next season in Tignes, might be worth giving them a ring.

Looking at booking a week for next Feb (family of 5 with kids - closer to the pistes the better) - Stayed in Bec Rouge this year (fantastic ski-in, ski-out but a bit on the small side), and MMV Altavia last year. Preference for Tignes, but seems to be decent value in Val Claret. Out on a limb now, but 70m+ would be preferred, and not daft money Laughing Any recommendations? Laughing

@mullins, There are a lot of 67m2 in the Bec Rouge with 2 bedrooms. Ask any agent, they should be able to help.
Locatignes.com is hand site where local folks advertise their own apts. But it now appears the contract is through airbnb@Enolfa Kerr, Just seen your post, that site is a good one to pick as you can negotiate direct with the owners.

Hundreds of pics of the Aurora in Bourg doing the rounds, that’s one hell of a solar storm.
Even in York with all the ambient light it’s impressive through the eye of an I phone

Taos has priced themselves out for next Feb school hols for me - another 10% increase on this year takes the 2 bed apartment to €4,400 after discounts for school hols - the place is starting to look a little bit ‘well used’ as well. Sad as I’ve been there about 10 times, any other options in Le Lac / Val Claret for a decent apartment I should try out?

@raino, Try Denali ( 3 buildings down the Hill from Taos) it’s 4 seasons old. Lots of different sizes of apts. But no bar or resto. It’s sister Aparthotel is Cap Neige across the road from the school, a couple of years older.
