 Poster: A snowHead

I'm considering going there during the last week of March (as long as I get that week off!), does anybody think it's worthwhile going there?

I've only been in the summer, so you'll probably get a better response from someone else....but yes!!
There's a glacier there so even if snow is awful, there'll be some skiing. The ski area is made up of several non-lift-linked sections...which includes Zell am See, so will keep you busy for a week.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Just back from Zell am See, had snow on the Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhohe on Thursday / Friday! A good season to come perhaps?
In addition to the above, Saalbach / Hinterglemm is only 30 mins away by bus if you like a bit of variety.

Dont be fooled into thinking its ski to the door. The glacier is 3 rugby scrums, 1 bus, and 2 gondola rides from the town. It is just as quick ti ski in Zell.
