Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Oxygene Les Munuires or VT any good?

I’m looking around for some 1:2 tuition whilst in Les Menuires this week and next focussed on more advanced piste technique for a couple of experienced skiers. Oxygene seem to be the choice where we are based. Has anyone had experience of them? Any other options? We could also head over to Meribel for a session. Thanks

I have heard good reports on Oxygene....but not specifically in Les Menuires

There is Prosneige: https://booking.audacius.fr/en_GB/products/private-lesson-ski-les-menuires

Personally I would use Supreme Ski, as I had a good experience with them in Courchevel: https://www.supremeski.com/france/les-menuires-ski-schools

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Staying in Les Menuires a few years ago I used Oxygene for private lessons and was quite happy. The instructor was happy to start at VT or LM depending on what suited me and what we had planned previously.

The instructor I used from Prosneige was brilliant and I asked him before who to use if not them, it was Oxygene. I'm fairly certain he said it was owned by his cousin though Laughing

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Thanks for that. We are just back from an excellent 4 hour lesson from Supremeski. Very effective at moving us on from our already pretty good level, and great fun too with 6,000m descent

You are more than welcome.

I'm glad it worked out.

We had a chap called Scott Frew....but I don't see his name listed as an Instructor there anymore.

Back then, they were a small outfit...but have expanded over the years. It's good to see they have maintained quality.
