Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi Guys

New to this group

Is anyone planning on staying in Les Arcs 1800 4th Feb - 11th Feb?

Looking at booking up going skiing - I’m based in the midlands and am thinking of getting the night train from London to Bourg - Does anyone have experience of the night train / are solo skiers planning on being in Les Arcs between these dates?

@Richy1180, welcome to Snowheads. Are you aware that you can now only book the direct London to Bourg train via Travelski, as part of an accommodation / lift pass package? (Which can make solo travel more expensive if you have to get a minimum size apartment. Is this why you are looking for others?)

There are other threads on here about the night train. I find it okay, and worth it for the extra day skiing, but others find it difficult to sleep on the (uncomfortable) seats.
