Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Its much the same over the Border in Chile ... Access Roads have been closed .. Over 3.4 metres has fallen Portilo already this season..

Lift Operartor died here Saturday morning trying to thaw/remove the ice from his lift... I heard he was qite a long term employee some 18 yrs..

Interesting. Am off to Argentina in February as part of a cruise. Fantastic looking country. Keep the wife happy during the ski season. Never go skiing in February as too many kids.

I thought Stanton was Dutch who have no reason to love the Nazis after they starved them in WW2.

He lives a good life for a taxi driver. Enjoy.
