Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Soft skis to help with limited ankle flex

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi all,

I have mild Cerebral Palsy which affects my moment and I have little to no ankle flex. I ride in DaleBoots which are amazing and so comfortable. I currently ride K2 press skis (Yes I know they are park skis) but i find the flexible core makes it easier for me to turn. They are 8 years old now. I am looking at the Line Blend as a replacement. just wondering if following skiers can suggest a ski that is as flexible or even more flexible. My skiing ability is all mountain red / black runs (Blacks are interesting when its icy)

I look forward to hearing your recommendation.

Thanks,

Peter

Faction park skis undoubtedly are some of the most flexible skis we have experienced - eg Faction CT 2.0 - variable build quality but we have excellent CT 2.0 youth white and blue livery - very flexible excellent skis - not good on ice - for that we like the tenacious edge grip of volkl but then some of those are very stiff - so…I weigh 66kg and am 168cm tall - I use volkl Mantra youth - in my case 158 2018 full rocker - much more flexible than the adult ski but still with amazing edge grip - full rocker means easy turn initiation and that sounds what you are after too…
