@Tropical Gaper,
Apart from the carving score, all of these scores were on Nordica enforcer 110s @177cm (I still got 144 for carving on the 110s)
I'm similar height & weight as you but 61 yrs old
I found that my Head venturi 95s weren't floating enough in deeper heavy snow, so I set 110mm as a target to be noticeably better than 95 without being silly wide. I also wanted a ski that would carve a decent tight turn, so I looked for the smallest turn radius in this width.
I also wanted a quick turning ski for short
turns & moguls, so I went for the 177cm, one or two sizes below what would be recommended for my size & ability, I think longer skis are overrated, short skis are much more versatile and fun.

@tangowaggon, nice, thanks a lot! That's a good reference for me cause our scores are kinda similar (except for moguls where apparently you KILLED it hahah - then again, my official highest powder IQ is higher than it should because the app sometimes misclassifies the snow condition). But indeed a good reference on what they're capable of in terms of variety; especially in short turns.
Do you feel any effect on your knees from the wider skis compared to narrower ones? And do you feel like the Enforcer is very physically/technically demanding, or not really? (as in, do you always need 100% full power and technique to ski it properly)
I've ordered the Scott Sea 108 and am considering something in between (my other ski being the Stöckli Laser AX 78mm), but also taking it easy looking for a good deal; some of the main options ATM are the Kästle ZX92, Head Kore 94Ti / 93, Fischer Ranger 90 / 96, Rustler 9. I could also just mount new bindings to my current Brahma 88 CA of course. The Nordica Unleashed 98/98CA and Enforcer 94 also seem very interesting, but I think the Enforcer is a bit more aggressive?

Tbh I don't feel any effect on my knees from wider skis. I'm also not very good at judging the difference between "aggressive " or "soft" skis, I generally just jump on & rag them as far as my abilities will allow.
I find the Enforcers that I have (there are many variations, width etc) are almost as good as my piste skis on piste, but waaaay better offpiste. Their main weakness, probably due to the width, is chatter when trying to carve on steeper, hard pistes, try to get the edge in on such snow will result in bad chatter unless your technique is excellent. I don't like groomed, steep, black runs unless they are very wide & uncrowded & they can be carved. I much prefer steep black runs to be mogulled.
