| Surprising how often there is a relationship between the weather in the Dolomites and the UK . |
I have found that several times ::: last week - UK = rain :: Italy = snow

Where is the 6% IPA?
Think we will doing areas than messing around with the circuit or hidden valley. She saw one vid of hidden valley & scratched it off the list. To steep & narrow in places for her liking & to flat in others (snowboard). |
6% ipa is in the hungry wolf Madonna di campiglio !!! |
7.6% Monpier
Pizzeria above san cassiano lift - vegas city
Excellent burger as well - with dippers

New snow from yesterday turned very wet today as the temperatures rose and possibly a bit of drizzle as well.

The good thing about the bumps today was that they were frequently invisible in the flat light so it slowed a few erratic skiers down.

Agree Luigi, Cortina looks great. I am actually worried that too many people will want to go to the Dolomiti next season, it is too pretty.
cannot wait for the downhill today from Bormio

could the collective please give me some advice. We'll be looking to go to the dollies next season, We'll drive from Wrocław in Poland. which village would you recommend for best access round the whole area. we'll have our ski van with us so driving around isn't a problem. We do multiple Alps trips a season. Is there an early bird season pass?

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

There is an early bird season pass, I got mine at the start of November. Early bird price runs to Dec 24 IIRC. We always stay in Selva so I can’t comment on other places to stay.

 You know it makes sense.

@Baron von chippy, You refer to “we”.
There are also “family” passes which can be worthwhile depending on number of people and how long you are in the area for.
It can get quite complicated.
A family pass for myself, son and his partner gave 30 days skiing interchangeable between the three of us and was very cost effective for us.
It needs a bit of research on the website for your personal circumstances but can save money

Snow report 7.2.26
I’m in Val di Fassa waiting for my tour operator bus to take us to Verona airport.
There is lots of snow and it’s snowing outside at the moment.
The off piste seems okay with lots enjoying it in the second half of this week
It’s snowing down to resort level, and adding to the lying snow.
The side roads are white but the main road is okay, some lying snow on it but the Saturday traffic is keeping it clear.
If you are coming out to the Dolomites - enjoy your holiday
Bottom line - conditions are good and getting better

If you are talking about just the Sella Ronda area villages -- Corvara ; ronda on one side ; alta badia the other

Weather looks rather less disruptive for the Olympics in Cortina than further west into February.
